Nothing is charged until the work is complete and confirmed by you, and you receive a proper invoice.

Warranty & Exclusions
Warranty
- All work carries a warranty period covering workmanship faults, which we rectify free of charge.
- The warranty does not cover accidental impact, drops, unauthorised dismantling, water ingress, magnetisation or normal wear.
- Third-party modifications or repairs not carried out by us are excluded.
- The warranty length depends on the work carried out and is stated on the quotation and service record.
FAQ
Process Questions
Visual checks and an initial assessment can be done free of charge in person. If the movement must be dismantled to establish the fault, the watch needs to stay with us; we explain the inspection fee before dismantling.
Yes — call or message us at any time. We also contact you at the key points: quotation, start of work and completion.
We reassemble and return the watch, charging only the inspection fee stated in the quotation, if one applies. Nothing else is charged.
Yes. Quotations are itemised, so you can choose only some of the items. We will explain the likely consequences of leaving the others undone.
Bring your collection slip or the reference number given at intake, along with photo ID. If someone else is collecting, let us know in advance.
