Services & Quotations
Eight in total: fault diagnosis, movement servicing, water-resistance testing, dial and bracelet replacement, case refinishing, precision parts replacement, horological consultation and after-sales care. Each can be carried out on its own or combined.
Visual inspection and an initial assessment are free. If the movement must be dismantled for a thorough diagnosis, we explain the fee and obtain your consent first — and credit it against the service cost if you proceed.
Yes. Visual checks can be done free of charge in person. If dismantling is needed to establish the cause, the watch must stay with us, and the inspection fee is explained beforehand.
We offer options to suit the model and your budget — original parts, original-specification replacements, or good used parts — each stated clearly in the quotation. The choice is yours.
Timing & Warranty
Routine movement servicing is typically 7–10 working days and complex repairs 14–21 working days. Water-resistance testing and bracelet fitting can be done the same day. The quotation states the actual timeframe.
Where possible we can prioritise a job without compromising the quality of the work. Ask at intake and we will confirm whether it is feasible and what it costs.
Yes. All work carries a warranty period. Should a workmanship fault appear during that period, we will put it right free of charge.
Accidental impact, drops, unauthorised dismantling, water ingress, magnetisation, heat damage and normal wear such as bracelet and gasket ageing.
Sending & Collecting
Hand it in at our Kwun Tong office, or send it by a tracked courier such as SF Express. We confirm the watch's condition with you once it arrives.
With a tracked, insured service and proper packaging, yes. Keep your despatch receipt, and photograph the watch before sending it.
Yes. Tell us the collector's name beforehand; they will need to present the collection slip and photo ID.
We will contact you to arrange collection. No storage fee is charged during the holding period; the arrangements are explained at intake.
Payment & Other
Payment is due once the work is confirmed complete, before collection or despatch. We accept cash, FPS and bank transfer; please ask about cards at intake.
Yes — a formal invoice itemising labour and parts, together with the test record, which is useful for future servicing or resale.
Never. No work begins before your approval, and if anything further is needed during the job we quote it and get your agreement first.
