Who We Are
Focused on watch servicing — and on getting it right
Hong Kong Hengdeli Watch Service Co., Limited is a Hong Kong based workshop serving both private clients and trade, covering movement servicing, water-resistance testing, case refinishing and precision parts replacement.
We believe servicing a watch is not simply about getting it running again. It is about the owner knowing exactly what was done, why it was necessary and how the cost was arrived at. That is why we inspect first, quote second — and begin no work before your approval.
Our workshop in Kwun Tong is equipped for rate testing, amplitude analysis and pressure testing, and every watch follows a standardised, documented process that can be traced from intake to delivery.

How We're Organised
Each stage is handled by a specialist, so the work is expert and the communication clear.
Watchmaker 製錶技師
Handles dismantling, cleaning and lubrication, escapement adjustment and complication repair across mainstream Swiss, German and Japanese movements.
Case Finisher 外觀工藝師
Handles brushing, polishing and edge work on cases and bracelets, section by section, to the original geometry — never over-polished.
Service Advisor 客戶服務顧問
Explains the findings and the quotation and follows your job through, so you always know where things stand.
