Yes. We return the watch with the findings and our recommendations. An inspection fee, if one applies for dismantled diagnosis, is charged as quoted — and credited against the service cost if you go ahead.

Will inspection damage my watch?

All dismantling is carried out by our watchmaker using proper tools and standard procedures, replacing seals where necessary, then reassembling and re-checking the rate.
